Our Total Transaction Transparency Promise ensures you know what to expect before making your decision, with clear pricing, available incentives, discounts, eligibility and applicable fees disclosed upfront. Before signing, customers can review all possible discounts and benefits, request the manufacturer invoice and even review the dealership’s profit. The T3 Promise lets you lets you make an informed decision, while delivering added value and ownership benefits designed to make your experience simpler and more rewarding long after the sale.
READY FOR A CHANGE?
Customers may request the manufacturer invoice before committing. We disclose applicable manufacturer programs, dealership discounts and all required charges upfront, including Freight, PDI and our $750 Administration Fee, so you know the exact cost before signing, with no last-minute surprises.
BEYOND THE PURCHASE
Our T3 Promise goes beyond the purchase, providing valuable benefits throughout your ownership journey, including Service Rewards, Referral Credits and Deductible Relief. These programs are designed to reward your loyalty, provide added protection and deliver meaningful value after you take delivery.
MORE THAN A PURCHASE
INVOICE
We will show you the purchase invoice of the vehicle you want to buy. As a full disclosure policy, the T3 Promise enforce the dealership to show the customer how much we pay for the vehicle of your interest.
ADMIN FEE
Our dealership needs to charge an Administration Fee for operational reasons, but we will never 'hide" this charge. The customer will know in advance the exact cost of the admin fee.
PROGRAMS
Part of the T3 Promise is to let the customer know all the applicable discounts offered by the manufacturer on the particular model of the vehicle you want to purchase.
DISCOUNTS
As a part of the T3 Policy, the dealership will disclose all of the extra discounts that the dealership is able to offer to that particular vehicle, on top of the manufacturer programs.
EXTRA CHARGES
In order to be completely transparent, we will disclose to every customer any applicable extra charges in order to avoid any last minute “surprises”. These charges inclue Freight, PDI, and any extra taxes.
