We will show you the purchase invoice of the vehicle you want to buy. As a full disclosure policy, the T3 Promise enforce the dealership to show the customer how much we pay for the vehicle of your interest.
Part of the T3 Promise is to let the customer know all the applicable discounts offered by the manufacturer on the particular model of the vehicle you want to purchase.
In order to be completely transparent, we will disclose to every customer any applicable extra charges in order to avoid any last minute “surprises”. These charges inclue Freight, PDI, and any extra taxes.
Our dealership needs to charge an Administration Fee for operational reasons, but we will never 'hide" this charge. The customer will know in advance the exact cost of the admin fee.
As a part of the T3 Policy, the dealership will disclose all of the extra discounts that the dealership is able to offer to that particular vehicle, on top of the manufacturer programs.
